The hotel is in a beautiful old "typical Scottish" building. The rooms are lovingly furnished. For breakfast, we could choose on arrival what we wanted, which was brought to us at the agreed time. The location is easy to reach from the long- distance bus stop and the train station.

Thé manor is absolutely stunning. We were greeted by a super friendly staff on our arrival with a glasses of apple juice for refreshing the space is gorgeous ‚confortable and serene. It's honesty feel like stepping into a fairytale . The bathroom is very clean and spacious with everything you need . Pitlochry is lovely and this is a perfect place to place your stay.

It is a beautiful stay on stone throw from the center. We were well received by a very friendly woman who made sure everything was in order! Room was clean, tidy and had a nice view. There's nothing missing from the bathroom and suit. Breakfast was cooked to order and served in person. And as a bonus, wild deer who occasionally just hopped through the front yard! Huge cute and cute!

The hotel is very historic, both inside and out! You feel like you're in a Sherlock Holmes film in the lounge, which I personally really like. The service was also just great! Very nice, attentive and caring! Also great location! Everything you need is within walking distance. We would come again!

We stayed just for one night during a short trip to Scotland (we attended the Enchanted forest event). The location is like a chateau from fairytale. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, room warm and the bathroom was equipped above common standards. The view we had during (super tasty) breakfast was breathtaking - sunrise above Pitlochry. We are definitely staying over again on our next journey in the area and we would not mind staying for multiple days.

I loved this place. The staff was so friendly.
They made you feel like a princess because they were so willing to please. The breakfast was really good. The room was quaint. It was quiet and had good views of gardens and mountain/hills in the distance. It was a 5 minute walk to town and a co-op. There was plenty of parking.

After driving up the small driveway, it sits on a small hill of Wellwood Manor. We were warmly welcomed and welcomed by two young women. Our room was on the top floor with sloping ceilings that fit perfectly with the house and gave the room a cosy character. The bed was a good size, there was a wardrobe and the bathroom was newly renovated. Our breakfast table was prepared for us in a small bay window and everything was available that you could wish for was there.
Unfortunately we only had a room for one night, we would have loved to stay longer. Just a very nice hotel with very nice staff. There should be more of that.

Myself and my husband stayed here for one night. On arrival, we parked up with no problems on site. We were greeted by a friendly lady who showed us into the beautiful reception room while she got us some cold cranberry juice and documents to fill out - car registration, breakfast for the next morning. We were then shown to our room, which was bright and beautiful. It was a small room, but it was really cosy and the decor was stunning plus we had a lovely view of the gardens. Bathroom was really big with a walk in shower - towels provided and an added extra touch was the sowing kit, shower cap, Cotten pads etc. We were given a nice selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, some biscuits and bottled water - again small touches that make it all the more better. Bed was comfy but my favourite part was the bedding - I am a sucker for some good quality bedding. The house itself is spectacular and super peaceful. We wouldn't have known anyone else was staying there. In the morning we went into the dinning room - again grand and welcoming. There was a lovely spread of fruit, cereal, yoghurt, fruit juice etc. We were shown to our table and only waited around 10 mins for our pre ordered full Scottish breakfasts which was AMAZING! Again, the staff were lovely and attentive. We will 100% return and reccomend that other people stay here. Thanks for having us :)

Everything was beautiful and lovely in this hotel. Unfortunately we arrived a bit late, but could still check in without any problems. The hostess was very cordial and also gave us late in the evening tips on where to get something to eat. The room was also great and the beds very comfortable. We were able to choose our breakfast the night before. That was great because we are not fans of big buffets. In the morning, in a beautiful room, our breakfast, freshly prepared, was served to us. We were a little sad that we didn't discover this hotel earlier! We will certainly be back!

Convenient location close to the town centre with good parking facilities. Beautiful tastefully furnished room with a very comfortable bed and quality bed linen.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff who had time to talk and advise about the local area. Great breakfast!

It was a dream, everything was lovely, clean, well taken care off. The lady that received us was wonderful, so attentive and nice. The bed was like sleeping in a super comfy cloud, we even checked for the brand of the mattress lol. We'd stay there again anytime!

This place is like a dream. The perfect stay from arrival to departure. The lady who welcomed us was lovely and so attentive of our every need, and also sweet. The room and bathroom are lovely, from the smell to the decoration, linen, towels, every little detail seem planned with love here. The breakfast also amazing. We felt so relaxed that we didn't want to leave. I'm so sad that we only came for one night.
