HOUSE RULES

1. Full payment of the reservation must be made prior to check-in.
2. No smoking is allowed inside the hotel.
3. No pets are allowed.
4. We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
5. Damage will be charged (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others) that the guest may cause during their stay.
6. We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
7. We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
8. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.
   

We do advise all guests to purchasing travel insurance. Please read our cancellation policy carefully in order to avoid any misunderstandings:

• No Refunds are available for "Non-Refundable Reservations"
• Date changes must be requested at least 3 days in advance of your original arrival date.
• You can cancel or amend your stay up to 3 days prior to your arrival date.
• Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund of payments made, minus a  Fixed Booking Administration Fee of £25.00.                                                                    This flat fee covers our direct administrative costs and applies universally to all cancellations, regardless of the original payment method used.
• If the guest cancels less than 3 days /72 hours prior to their arrival, the advance payment will not be refundable.
• If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the paid nights will not be refundable.
• In the event of a No-Show (Where the guest does not arrive) the total price of the reservation will be retained, this will be non-refundable.
• We highly recommend that your own suitable travel insurance is in place at the time of booking.
